Damaged or Incorrect Products

– An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start from the point you receive the sealed package and clearly show the unboxing process, highlighting the damage or incorrect item.
– You must also provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
- If the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
